PolarVisor is Matelex's web-based remote monitoring platform. It gathers the data collected on site by PolarBox and displays it as clear indicators: refrigerant level curves, energy consumption tracking, and an event history for each installation.

Available 24/7 on computer, tablet or smartphone, it gives operators an overview of their entire estate through a dashboard and a map of their installations. As soon as an anomaly appears (a leak, a drift...), PolarVisor sends an alert by email, SMS and/or push notification, depending on the user's preference, and shows it on the platform. Operators can then act remotely: adjust alarm sensitivity, acknowledge alarms or recalculate the reference level.
