PolarVisor is Matelex’s web-based remote monitoring platform. It collects the data measured on site by the PolarBox and turns it into clear, easy-to-read indicators, including refrigerant level curves, energy consumption data and an event history for each installation.

Available 24/7 on computer, tablet or smartphone, PolarVisor gives operators a centralised view of their entire estate through a dashboard and an interactive map of their installations. When an anomaly is detected, such as a refrigerant leak or an abnormal deviation, PolarVisor displays it on the platform and sends an alert by email, SMS and/or push notification, according to the user’s preferences.
