Chillventa 2022: Visit planning made easy

A month from now it will be that time again: From 11 to 13 October 2022, Chillventa, the World’s Leading Exhibition for Refrigeration Technology, will draw the international refrigeration, AC, ventilation and heat pump community to Nuremberg. For the duration, eight exhibition halls will host more than 800 exhibitors and their innovative products and solutions in the areas of air-conditioning, ventilation systems, heat pumps, cooling systems, insulation and I&C. The top-level Chillventa CONGRESS will begin on 10 October, the day before the exhibition. In addition, experts from all parts of the world can look forward this year to the most comprehensive supporting programme in Chillventa’s history. Car, train or plane: The fastest way to the Exhibition Centre

Albrecht Dürer Airport Nuremberg has won the prominent “Business Traveller Award” several times, and thus counts among Germany’s best airports. Frequent flyers appreciate the fast processing, short distances and the close connection to the city centre and to NürnbergMesse. Intercontinental flights via Frankfurt and Munich Airports are just a connecting flight or ICE trip away. Nuremberg’s underground rail network and taxi services can transport visitors from the airport directly to the exhibition venue in just 25 minutes. National and international long-distance trains connect Nuremberg’s Central Station with the rest of Germany and Europe. From there it is just eight minutes by underground rail to the exhibition venue. For those arriving by car, rapid access to several autobahns and Europe’s leading traffic and parking control system take the complications out of the journey.

Discover exhibitors and products in advance

The three days of the exhibition are soon over. Those who do not wish to lose valuable time on-site should thoroughly acquaint themselves in advance with the exhibitor and product database, in addition to the floor plan. Keyword-based searches and filtering options based on type of company, country and new product developments allow visitors to prepare in greater detail. In addition to the company description and the products on display, the exhibitor profiles also contain contact details to enable visitors to arrange appointments in advance. To provide better orientation, the main product groups are colour-coded on the downloadable floor plan.

Miss no events: An overview of the rich supporting programme

In 2022, the supporting programme at Chillventa will be the most extensive that it has ever been. That is even more reason to learn what is on offer in advance. In addition to the Chillventa CONGRESS and more than 160 expert presentations in four trade forums (including a new forum dedicated to digitalization), this year there will once again be professionally guided tours and two special presentations on handling flammable refrigerants and also heat pumps. New additions are the Job Corner, the “WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition” professional world championships, and the Federal Skills Competition. Measures to protect trade fair participants

Ventilation, more regular cleaning intervals and disinfectant dispensers ensure a safe environment for in-person business contacts. Events are not currently subject to official Covid-19 conditions. If necessary, however, official requirements such as masks or social distancing may be imposed again at any time depending on the incidence of infections. NürnbergMesse is in regular consultations in this regard, and constantly updates its protective measures on-site in line with the current situation.
