SIKA VVX Vortex flow sensors provide reliable flow measurement without moving parts. The almost unrestricted pipe cross-section enables a low pressure drop, making the sensors particularly suitable for heating and cooling systems, heat pumps and data centre cooling.

The series includes versions in plastic, brass and stainless steel as well as different process connections, including Tri-Clamp. Depending on the version, measuring ranges from 2 to 400 l/min and analogue and digital output signals including IO-Link are available.

For heat pump applications, SIKA also offers specially optimised LowFlow and Low Delta p versions. Via LIN bus, diagnostic functions and gas and air bubble detection can be integrated alongside flow measurement.
