As a new product, SECON is presenting the FXS compact module with R290 (propane) at Chillventa. The water-cooled series features a space-saving tower design. Upward-facing machine connections and a service-oriented design enable compact installation in multi-unit systems. An HT compressor enables supply temperatures of up to 75 °C in heat pump operation, with a heating capacity of up to approximately 80 kW. The FXS can also be used for waste heat recovery.
The hydraulics are fully integrated. Up to six FXS units can be operated using a PLC-based leader-follower control system. The integrated HeatSync equipment supports demand-based operation.
