New High Efficiency VCC compressor

Embraco presents a new platform of natural refrigerants variable speed compressors by adding to the FMFT series – globally well-known and appreciated by OEMs and End Users - the new compact, high cooling capacity, R290 variable speed VNEX compressor series.

This series represents the latest development of the Embraco ecological sustainable policy of high efficiency, natural refrigerants and compact compressors. The growing adoption of integral commercial cabinets (plug-in and semi plug-in) for different supermarket sizes can find in this new Embraco compressors series the answer to their needs and expectation of energy saving and ecological sustainability for their cold systems; but the platform is also suitable for other applications like monoblocks for cold rooms, freezers and chilling process cabinets, blast chillers, etc.
Moreover, the compressors are ready for systems with increased hydrocarbon refrigerant charges, in line with the IEC/EN 60335-2-89: the cooling capacity of the VNEX421U model allows the design of 2 systems 6 doors multidecks, optimizing the energy saving and the ecological sustainability of the finished products and simplifying the compliance with the EEC/EN safety requirements. The stabilization of the temperature inside the cabinet, the quick recovery after defrosts and the high thermal loads provided by the VCC solution assure a better food preservation. With its compactness the VNEX series reduces the raw material and supply chain emission and falls within the PED Cat 1.
