Sonyo Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, formerly named as Dalian Sanyo Compressor Co., Ltd. and Panasonic Appliances Compressor (Dalian) Co., Ltd. In Dec. 2022, the company was officially renamed as Sonyo Compressor (Dalian), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bingshan Group.
The company produces scroll compressors, widely applied in commercial air-conditioning, transportation air-conditioning, heat pump and commercial refrigeration segments. The company's factory currently operates over 800 production units, with an annual designed capacity of 1.6 million units. Till year 2023, the company has accumulatively installed 20 million scroll compressors in global market.
