The FCM2630-L0 is Figaro’s compact semiconductor gas sensor module under development for detecting R32 refrigerant leaks in air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. With dimensions of only 26 × 26 × 16 mm, the module is designed for space-constrained OEM installations while retaining the long-life performance required for embedded leak-detection systems.
The module has a declared alarm setpoint of 4.2% LFL (6,048 ppm) R32 and responds within 27 seconds at 25% LFL under the specified test condition. It operates from 5 V DC across - 30 to 50 °C and 0 - 95% RH, with a warm-up time of approximately 60 seconds. Two sensing elements provide a stated 15-year design life (7.5 years × 2).
