CAREL Group: a global specialist in HVAC/R control technologies

Founded in 1973 by four people, CAREL has grown through what we like to call natural growth: a long-term path built on innovation, reliability and close relationships with customers. In 2025, CAREL posted consolidated revenues of €629 million and today the Group brings its HVAC/R control intelligence to global markets through more than 50 subsidiaries, production plants in Europe, Americas and Asia, and a network of partners and distributors in a further 80 countries. From those first four people, we have grown into a global team of around 3,000 people.
