This is why it develops heat exchangers that are made to last over time and ensure maximum efficiency. Built with easily recyclable materials ThermoKey heat exchangers have low maintenance costs and are designed to consume less energy and water, promoting and implementing low GWP solutions.

ThermoKey exchangers range from finned-packed heat exchangers to unit coolers, from dry coolers to remote condensers both with round tube and aluminium microchannel technology (TKMicro).

Several years of both lab and field testing with different refrigerants, surface treatments and conditions made ThermoKey a leading manufacturer of Microchannel cores in Europe.

TKMicro® state-of-the-art production process makes ThermoKey the ideal partner either for large-scale or small-scale production, with solutions tailored to every client’s specific needs.

Microchannel cores are used by the main European chiller manufacturers/OEM as well as by ThermoKey inside its air-cooled units.

TKMicro® can be found in remote condensers and also in chillers like condensing units or liquid coolers (free-cooling) or combined, in systems such as HVAC Chillers, Process Chillers, Data Centre systems, Rooftop systems, Airside Equipments, Food and Beverage and Industrial Process Equipments.

TKMicro® is a green technology.

It is 100%-made of primary aluminum, which can be recycled repeatedly and keeps all its original properties (light weight, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, strength at low temperatures, formability).

It allows to save up ¾ of the refrigerant charge and is compatible with natural refrigerants (propane, ammonia and water), with all traditional HFC refrigerants and the new HFO refrigerants, up to a maximum operating pressure of 45 bar.

TKMicro® is an opportunity for the OEMs to change over to more efficient, lighter and more environmentally-friendly heat transfer solutions: an undeniable advantage for the market and a concrete answer with immediate impact on climate change.

Stainless steel heat exchangers (tubes, fins, casing) for the use of ammonia(ODP and GWP equal to zero) are a more efficient and sustainable solution as well. ThermoKey has been producing and using them in its machines since 1995.

They can be made with either certified pipes and AISI 304 or AISI 316L casing.

The finned pack of stainless steel tube coils can be in AISI 316L, Aluminium Magnesium, Aluminium, Hydrophobic Blue and Double Layer black or other coatings depending on the environment of use, in order to offer the utmost customization.

The quality of a stainless steel coil lies also in the quality of its materials and its welding.
