Your presentation in the Specialist Forums of Chillventa

The specialist forums at Chillventa 2024 offer you the ideal opportunity to share your expertise and innovative approaches with an enthusiastic expert audience from the international refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump community.

The three exhibitor forums organized by NürnbergMesse are thematically divided into the areas of "Application & Training & Regulations", "Refrigeration" and "Air Conditioning & Ventilation & Heat Pumps".In addition to your high-quality specialist presentations, the focus will also be on networking and professional exchange.

We cordially invite you to give your 20-minute presentation free of charge in our specialist forums!

Registrations received after the deadline will be considered according to availability. 

 

Please note that we will first collect and review all submitted presentations. However, submission does not entitle participants to a presentation, we will timely get back to you with more information.

Note on lecture

The speaker submit his/her presentation (PowerPoint) no later than 20.09.2024 and the final presentation (PDF format) until 11.10.2024 the latest. The corresponding template will be sent in due time. If the speaker withdraws his /her lecture after 02.09.2024, the organizer will charge a processing fee of EUR 250.

Note on publication

The speaker gives the organizer permission to record his/her presentation, including the slides or audiovisual formats used, and to distribute the recordings online on the event's website, and on YouTube, thus making them available to the public. The speaker confirms that media used in the presentation (e.g. images, films, language, music) are not subject to third-party rights and/or can be used free of charge on www.chillventa.de/en and on YouTube.

If the presentation includes third party content that is protected by copyright, the speaker must obtain the necessary supporting documents proving that they have permission to use the material in their presentation and must submit this documentation on request. The speaker undertakes to indemnify the organizer against third party claims of all kinds resulting from an infringement of commercial property rights and/or copyrights in their presentation. The indemnity obligation also includes the obligation to fully indemnify the organizer against legal defence costs (e.g. court costs and legal fees).
