The presentation will cover the concerns of the EU RACHP sector with the current PFAS restriction proposal currently being reviewed in the EU. What is proposed is a very broad ban/restriction of the use of most F-gases, in most applications, with a very limited number of derogations. It will include asks for regulators and broader stakeholders to consider and act on as the legislative process continues.
