Hanbell Precise Machinery Co. Ltd. was founded on 29th of April 1994 and has been ratified as an "Important Technical Corporation" by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the TAIWAN Government. Shanghai Hanbell was established in 1996 and listed on Shenzhen A-share market in 2007.

Hanbell has three manufacturing bases Jinshan District of Shanghai, covering a factory floor space of 40,000 square meters & Kuan-Yin Industrial Park of Taoyuan, covering a factory floor space of 10,000 square meters & Precision Machinery Park of Taichung, covering a factory floor space of 10,000 square meters.
