FRITERM A.S. was founded in Istanbul in 1979. The company has developed its know-how and expertise by providing design, manufacturing, contract and sales services in Commercial Cooling, Industrial Cooling and Air Conditioning.

Friterm specialized on finned type heat exchangers and focused on the production of Air Cooled Condensers, Evaporators, Air Coolers, Dry Coolers, Water/Glycol Air Heaters and Coolers, Steam Heaters, Oil Coolers and Heat Recovery Coils for the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry. With increase of natural gas demand in the sector CO2 Gas Coolers and Unit Coolers, Ammonia Evaporators and Condensers added in the product range. 

The company provides solutions for the energy sector as well. It has been designing and producing LT/HT Radiators, Combustion Turbine Inlet Air Cooling and Heating Units, Oil Coolers, Air Cooled ORC Condensers and Steam Condensers for the sector through its customized software.

"FPS” Friterm Standard Productıon Selectıon, FRTcoils, Heatpipe, heat recovery, and  LT-HT Softwares, which have been designed and developed by Friterm R&D engineers for users to choose optimum products for their needs.

Friterm is authorised to use the EUROVENT CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE mark for dry cooler, water coils, condensers, evaporator products .

FRITERM is at the disposal of the sector with its two manufacturing plants on totally an covered area of 51.000 m2 located in Istanbul and İzmit. Our strengths are relying on our environmentally friendly technology and in the same manner manufactured products. The Manufacturing and the Office Buildings have been designed to use natural resources such as solar and wind showing utmost attention to protect the environment to obtain the BREEAM certificate for the Manufacturing Building and the LEED Certificate for the Office Building. 

Friterm has its own R&D center which have two test performance laboratories which allow us to operate the tests in the range of 75kw and 60.000 m3/h air flow. The defined Labs are in compliance with the EN 328 Standard conducts the functional performance tests of the finned type heat exchangers produced as a result of the new design and development works in line with the principle of “Calorimetric Room”.
