NEW EPTASERVICE DIGITAL SOLUTION FOR PACKS

One of the main trend of industry is digitalization of products and services. It is true as well as for commercial refrigeration, where digital services are already available on the market and are becoming more and more attractive for customers.

The current presentation will review the digitalization process of EptaTechnica refrigeration packs. As OEM, EPTA already use and install pieces of equipment that are able to communicate with other devices, e.g. pack controllers, inverters, and electronic condenser / gas cooler fans.
The data generated by these devices are collected and processed to:
• read the most important functional data on a single dashboard, to have them visible at a glance; • create self-explaining alarms, that are able to identify sooner the root cause of a failure; • offer advanced diagnostic and algorithms to reduce intervention time;
• show energy consumption trends;
• access and navigate data on the Epta Web platform to allows users to harness all the remote monitoring functions with ease.
These new cutting-edge technological tools will be able to generally improve our customers satisfaction and to reduce maintenance costs, thanks to a better and faster after-sales service. The product could be available also to external maintenance contractors.
Moreover, this new EptaService digital product could further establish a long-term relationship of trust with its customers, who rely on the Group for the design, installation, management and maintenance of refrigeration packs.
