Saginomiya components for R-744 applications

This presentation will give an overview of the whole line-up of Saginomiya components for R-744 applications.

It will start with a brief description of an example R-744 circuit with focus on its most important parts and their function in the system. Then the presentation will move on to describe each of these important parts with further explanation on their location and function in the system, as well as advantages that use of Saginomiya components brings. The reviewed components will include solenoid valves, electronic expansion valves, pressure sensors and pressure switches.

For the solenoid valves the audience will be able to learn more about the available variants, including HPV shut-off solenoid valves and the HPV-E, a version that can be used as pulse width modulation variant of an electric expansion valve. In case of UKV-J and JKV electronic expansion valves, the presentation will focus on the recently introduced larger sizes of the valves that allows for application of JKV series in a wider range of different R-744 units.

Further on, the presentation will provide information about HSK pressure sensors with giving more information about available variants, including newly introduced variant with Packard socket, which gives more possibilities for application and unit design, all while keeping the high pressure durability and variety of pressure ranges available, the features that make HSK usable in a wide range of conditions.

Final part of the presentation will focus on CCB and CKB pressure switches, providing an overview of their possible applications in R-744 systems, as well as compatibility with the regulatory requirements that assures safety and performance of the units.
