2. User-Friendly Tablet Control

The 7-inch tablet with a capacitive touchscreen serves as the standard control unit for the helium leak tester. It can be flexibly mounted and features wireless remote control functionality, making it a convenient remote for operating the leak tester.

3. Simple and Intuitive User Interface

The HELIOT900 Series provides a clear and easily understandable test interface. Even first-time users can read the results effortlessly, as test outcomes are displayed in a well-visible graph.

4. Easy Maintenance

No tools are required to remove external panels for maintenance. The internal configuration is also designed for easy maintenance, allowing anyone to perform necessary tasks without prior experience. Detailed instructions and explanatory videos are available on the controller. Additionally, the system minimizes downtime by enabling quick filament changes and alignment adjustments.

5. Convenient Mobile Cart Design

The mobile cart for the HELIOT900 series was designed based on customer input. Its slim design allows it to navigate obstacles smoothly. Large wheels with thick treads and a foot-operated brake ensure easy handling. Additionally, a low-height version of the cart is available for the HELIOT901 series. The controller can be securely attached to the cart during transport, and an optional storage box is provided.
