ULVAC ALT system is a high precision vacuum chamber Automatic He Leak Testing equipment, which charges certain amount of Helium into work pieces, uses Helium Mass Spectrum Leak Detector to detect how much Helium leaks into vacuum environment and judges by the detected amount of Helium if air tightness of a work piece is qualified, according to preset threshold, or not.
