Door leaves
All-metal door leaf with thermal bridge interruption made of special plastic profile (rigid PVC), foamed under pressure with PUR rigid foam (CFC-free) in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1, leaf thickness 130 mm (K value = 0.223 W/m²K), all-round sealing profile, TPE black, in grease-resistant quality, easily replaceable.
Window frame
Made of Stükanit plastic, all visible sides clad in the design of your choice, designed as a masonry frame or clamping profile frame for the required unit thickness with optimum reveal protection for the unit. With a level threshold that can be driven over. For clamping frames, counter frame made of drawn aluminium profile with cladding in sheet metal of your choice. Built-in, easily replaceable hanger frame heater (230 V, 50 Hz) with direct connection. Protection class I (VDE test mark / EMC-CE mark), with 2 PVC cold connection cables 2 x 0.75 mm² on both sides. Heater mounted in glass fibre fabric tape towards the frame, heater cover rails made of anodised aluminium profile. Alternative frame: Support material made of solid wood.
