Filter Drier with Leak Detection Technology

Dry All launched World’s First and Only “Filter Drier with Leak Detection Technology”.
TW-Tracer Wafer from Spectroline USA – Small tablets impregnated with a fluorescent dye is inserted into the Filter Drier at the manufacturing stage. The dye moves out of the TW when it comes in contact with compressor oil & refrigerant and spreads with the complete oil charge of the system. Whenever there are leaks, this dye in the system will show up at the exact point of the leaks.
This fluorescent dye can be detected at the point of leak with the help of a UV Torch. The dye glows under UV light. The dye becomes brighter and visible when seen through yellow glasses. This helps the service technician to quickly detect the exact point of small, multiple and intermittent leaks in any HVAC&R System. It is the most cost-an effective method of leak detection and requires no special training, skillset and expertise.

This leak detection technology has been incorporated in the Full Range of DryAll Filter Driers. It is available in DryAll Brand Core-Shell type of Filter Driers as well.
