Adiabatic recoolers, sometimes referred to as hybrid recoolers, are the optimal solution if low medium temperatures are required, but the water consumption and thus the operating costs should be low.
With our technology partner, we have developed a particularly efficient and high-quality system.
In contrast to many other systems on the market, the fin coils are not sprayed directly, but there is a humidification of the intake air instead. By this effect, the air is cooled before entering the heat exchanger and thus leads to a significant increase in performance of the device. In addition, we apply cellulose panels directly in front of the coils, which initially absorb excess moisture and then release it back to the air flowing through it. This double-acting system ensures high humidification rates and good protection of the heat exchanger fins. This system can also be largely dispensed with costly and expensive water treatment systems, and once sprayed water is not recirculated. As a result, a high degree of hygiene is already given due to the system. These devices also fall under the 42nd BimSch , but only during wet working hours (about 300 to 600 hours per year). This considerably reduces the effort for sampling, etc.
All our models are also available as condenser (all common refrigerants) and are equipped with a self-sufficient and comprehensive control (Siemens S7), incl. Touchscreen HMI.
As with all our devices, we give particular importance to a high quality and durable material selection and construction. All of our adiabatic recoolers have a stainless-steel support structure and stainless-steel cladding. By extremely advantageous life cycle costs the initial investment is already saved in short periods again.
