The fundamental benefit of the new Softripe method registered for a patent is that healthy and optimum fruit ripening is possible in a shorter period of time and at the same time, the taste and flavour are significantly improved. The quality of the fruit after ripening is entirely different to what you have been used to up to now. The shelf life of the goods is thus considerably extended as the natural energy content of the fruit is preserved.
Furthermore, a constant and reliable ripening quality is continually achieved via controlled and even ripening.
In addition to bananas, exotic fruits such as mangos and avocados can also be ripened with the new system.
