VMZ.2 - The new generation of magnetic inductive flow sensors from SIKA
Precise, compact and versatile
SIKA Dr. Siebert & Kühn GmbH & Co. KG has not only developed innovative measuring and calibration technology, but has also dedicated itself to the further development of proven product series. As part of this development, the product group of the magnetic inductive flow sensors of the VMZ series has been fully revised.
The new series VMZ.2 impresses with application-specific nominal diameters from DN2 to DN25 as well as improved measuring ranges from 0.01 l / min to 250 l / min. In addition, due to the extensive development, a large number of analogue output signals and frequency signals are available.
Magnetic inductive flow sensors of the VMZ.2 series work from a minimum conductivity of the medium to be measured of only 20 μS / cm. With their low reaction times <100 ms, they dose additives reliably and accurately. In addition, pressure losses are prevented by the free pipe cross-section of the measuring tube. Their high resistance to aggressive media qualifies them even for applications in the chemical industry.
Their compact design and their low demands on the inlet section enable extremely space-saving installation of the new VMZ.2. The world-renowned design with high-quality plastic and stainless steel components and the resulting very good price / performance ratio is ideal for use with bulk customers and OEMs in the price-sensitive environment.
