Cold room sliding doors are mounted into panels that are at least 60 mm thick on to cold rooms for temperature ranges from -40 oC to +70 oC.
The door leaf is 80 mm thick for positive and 120 mm for negative temperatures and is made of galvanized DX51D-Z275 steel sheeting painted in a white RAL 9010 colour or AISI 304 stainless steel quality with a Scotch Brite finish. The thickness of the standard steel is 0.5 or 0.6 mm. The door leafs are filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 40 - 42 kg/m3. The doors for negative temperature ranges have an integrated heater in the rubber seal.
The door frame is made of multi-chambered PVC profiles of exceptional strength and insulation properties. The basic model, intended for installation into a 60 mm thick panel for positive and 100 mm for negative temperature range, can be upgraded with 20, 30 and 40 mm high PVC inserts of or a combination depending on the thickness of the panels in which they are installed.
