Refrigeration doors are mounted into panels that are at least 60 mm thick on to cold rooms for temperature ranges from - 40 °C to + 70 °C. The door leaf is 60 mm thick for positive and 100 mm for negative temperatures and is made of galvanized DX51D - Z275 steel sheeting painted in a white RAL 9010 colour or AISI 304 stainless steel quality with a Scotch Brite finish. The thickness of the standard steel is 0.5 mm or 0.6 mm. The door leafs are filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 40 - 42 kg/m3. The doors for negative temperature ranges are equipped with an integrated heater in the rubber seal. The door frame consists of multi-chambered PVC profiles with exceptional strength and insulation properties with all of the integrated elements for hinges and screws to be adjusted to the height of the doorframe. The basic model, intended for installation into a 60 mm thick panel for positive and 100 mm for negative temperature range, can be upgraded with 20, 30 and 40 mm high PVC inserts or a combination depending on the thickness of the panels in which they are installed.
