All products are manufactured in our factory in Spain and comply with PED 97/23 for pressure vessels and CE mark for safety certified by Bureau Veritas.

Vessels in industrial refrigeration systems serve for some of the following functions:

· Storage of liquid, and/or
· Separation of liquid from vapor

The main categories of vessels are:

· High and low pressure receivers

· Surge Drum with pumps

· Suction Drum

· Intercooler (Open Flash)

The Ecopack is a glycol chiller unit using that uses the environmental friendly NH3 (ammonia) as refrigerant. The compact design allows very low refrigerant charges.
The Ecopack is equipped with a safety housing suitable for outdoor installations and optionally supplied with neutralizer to dissolve the ammonia leaks to make it harmless.

Our standard models cover capacities from 100 kW to 600 kW, with a cooling liquid temperature outlet range from -6ºC to -14ºC.
The Ecopack is completely assembled and tested at our factory, facilitating simple and quick installation.

Our standard packages include the following main features:

· Natural refrigerant ammonia R-717

· Very high efficiency (COP)

· Compressor speed variator

· Optional total heat and partial recovery

· Low operation costs

· Environmental friendly, ODP=0 and GWP=0

· Low refrigerant charge

· Safety housing (Optional NH3 neutralizer)

· Completely assembled and tested before delivery

· Simple installation and maintenance

 

Our motocompressor units are the result of our more than 70 years of experience in the design and construction of equipment for all kinds of industrial refrigeration applications.
All equipment components are carefully selected to allow easy access and facilitate maintenance operations.

We offer a wide range of screw motocompressor units.
These units are designed to operate mainly with ammonia and they are suitable to operate at both high and low pressure.

Our standard packages include the following main features:

· Screw Compressor

· Electrical motor IP23 (other types are optional)

· Horizontal oil separator with coalescent filters (<10ppm)

· Discharge line with check valve and manual stop valve

· Suction line with filter, check valve and manual stop valve

· Oil circuit with oil pump (except H series)

· Oil cooler by thermosiphon (other types are optional)


Optional items include a PLC control panel, 3-way thermostatic valve, marine version, variable speed drive, valve in the economizer port, high condenssing pressure. The superfeed system is a very important option, because it considerably increases the unit`s energy efficiency.
