Electrical Connection

In order to prevent any electricity leak, a special box is designed and electrical connections are placed within this box. All cables are carried though a flexible steel pipe.

What is a heat recovery unit?

In today·s air-conditioning technology, heat recovery units are mechanical air conditioning units designed to produce high quality internal air in closed volumes, while providing energy savıng.

Advantages

These units work with the principle of adding energy within the exhausted air from the environment to the fresh air given to the environment by using internal air-to-air heat recovery plate exchangers. With this feature, they enable to have very high energy savings.

VENTAS air handling units are produced in 29 different model units with an air flow range of 1000m3/h to 100.000m3/h. VKS series air handling units are manufactured in three different panel thickness of 25mm, 45mm and 60mm.

For application areas such as hospitals [operation and clean rooml. pharmaceuticals factories, chemical production plants, food production factories, VENTAS hygienic air handling untis are offered in two different panel thickness of 45mm and 60mm.

Within all air handling units filling materials such as rock wool, glass wool, polyurethane can be used upon request.

Sheet metal thickness between 0,80mm and 1,2mm is available for alternative air handling units. For panel production material, VENTAS provides galvanized, rustproof, aluminium and PVC coated sheet options. Moreover, the color of sheet metals at the outer part of units is RAL 9018.

Special aluminium profiles are used at the outer frame of air handling units. Profiles have a custom and closed design ın order to reduce the internal pressure losses as much as possible and prevent from pollution that can be produced within the devices.

Corner and omega parts connecting outer frame system are designed appropriate with the structure of profiles and strengtheners and manufactured out of heat-resistant glass-strengthened composite material.

Panels are manufatured in sandwich structure with double sides. Within panels, rock wool insulation material with 70kg/m3 density is used as sound and heat isolation filling materıal. Moreover, glass wool and polyurethane insulation materials are also available optionally. At connection points of panels and outer frame, impermeable tight seals from RPDM material with custom surface design, are used.

Within VENTAS air handling units, air adjustment dampers wıth aerodynamic wings are used which work with hidden geared impulsion system. Damper wings and frame are manufactured from aluminium profile; moreover, gear system and bearing systems are produced with a hard material resistant to heat, dust, and strong against external hits. There are special seals between damper wings in order to guarantee air imperviousness.

VENTAS rectangular and square duct fans are used in high efficiency engineering solutions far exhaust aspirators, fresh-air ventilators and kitchen hood fume aspirators. Customly designed units with silent-operation and ergonomic structure provide easy, quick and flexible application solutions. Moreover, they provide flexible airflow due to removable panels.

Rotary Type Vertical Application Heat Recovery Units

In today's air conditioning technology, fresh air units are employed in order to prevent problems due to internal air quality within the buildings. The more efficient and less-volume occupying fresh air units are, the more preferable they become in the market. VENTAS VRH unit serves as a packaged unit solution with its fresh air feed fan, exhaust fan, fresh air and exhaust filters, highly efficient rotary heat recovery exchanger and standard type automation. Plate Type Heat Exchanger DX Heat Pump Ventilation Units

VENTAS VHRV DX pro series DX heat pump plate type heat recovery units are designed with the ultimate aim of providing high internal air quality with cost-efficiency and required comfort conditioning. in today's air conditioning technology, DX heat pump plate type heat recovery units provide easy and simple solutions far ventilation while both meeting the fresh air requirements of buildings and covering the heating or cooling loads.

in such units, as soon as the fresh air passes through G4/EU4 type filters in order to get cleaned of external air particules, it goes over aluminium plate type heat recovery exchanger. After some amount of its required heating or cooling is given, the fresh air is passed through the heat pump so that it gets to the design temperature before blowed to the internal environment.

Optional accessories such as silencer, pre-heating electrical heater or heating hat water coil can be added the units upon request. Especially at very cold climates, in order to prevent the exchanger to be frozen, pre­heating electrical heater should be used.
