In recent years the unstoppable increase in the copper costs, led people to find more cost effective solutions. Copper is the most common used materaial in the air conditioning piping units which causes high cost problems.

In order to give a solution against this high cost problem we manufacture aluminium tube with copper connectors. We use eutechtic welding to connect copper and aluminium. It's a fluxless welding process and eliminates the risk of leakage and corrosion. We can manufacture at any length and diameter according to the need of customer.

Replace copper with aluminium! ! !

Aluminium tubes are widely used in cooling applications. In these applications the heat transfer area is the tangential contact of tube to the surface which is very inefficient. In order to increase the heat tranfer rate we give D-form to the tubes. We produce serpantine as D-form in accordance with your application. To ensure the ease of soldering we weld copper connecter at the both ends of the serpentine.

We weld the copper connectors to the aluminium with eutechtic fluxless welding process.
