Culobel Pressurised, the most important and strongest growing division in our company, offers a broad range of reservoirs and vessels for a very large variety of applications, while focusing on custom-made products. Reservoirs can, of course, also be delivered standardised, but the cost-effective combination of customised and large production series makes our products especially attractive to those clients, who do not want to adapt their design to standard demands, or who wish to meet the special requirements of their own customers.
Culobel Subcontracting has evolved from our traditional activity, namely metal presswork. We regularly use the know-how and experience that we have acquired over decades, and we currently present ourselves above all as a flexible long-term partner for customers that require metal stamping. We offer customised and cost-effective solutions, which go much further than just metal presswork and also include services such as product finish, packaging and transport. This is at the core of our business philosophy, namely support in the broadest sense of the word.
This is the newest department of Culobel: It was started up in the summer of 2006. This was a strategically important choice, because this investment makes it possible for us to meet the increased demand for assembly capacities. Component parts from our own production are assembled into a finished product, also in combination with parts that have been purchased by Culobel, or which have been put at our disposal by the customer.

Sourcing: The capping stone
In our continuous striving for “global excellence”, we can no longer do without China: It is not for nothing that China is called the "workplace of the world". We consider it as a priority to strengthen our own competitiveness, by “sourcing” those components that we do not produce ourselves at that location, where we find the most cost-effective conditions. Only in this way can we maintain our prices at a globally competitive level. Culobel CN – the Chinese branch of our activities – is without doubt the capping stone of our organisation.
Trading: Added value for the customer
Besides our sourcing activities, we also want to offer our customers an extra service. Via our channels and partners in China, we are able to directly procure products for our customers in China. We call this activity “trading”. In this way, our customers can directly improve their own competitiveness, with the help of Culobel CN.
