The ball valves are intended to be inserted into cooling and conditioning systems. Thanks to its bi-flux construction, the valve can be assembled in the opposite direction from itself. The ball valves are supplied with schrader valve. They are made from forged brass. We recommend to use a soldering league with low fusion point during the soldering process of the ball valves on the system to avoid damages to the bal located in the body. The ball check valves conform to the standard 97/23/CE (PED)
The use of GAR FG range filters in refrigeration and conditioning systems ensures the elimination of contaminating agents such as dust, dirt and damp and eliminates the formation of acids in the circulation of the refrigerating fluid before they cause serious damage to the system.
The use of 100% molecular mesh makes the filters compatible with any freon gas and hydrocarbon frigorigenes frigorigeni and allows maximum absorption of humidity even at high temperatures which would not be possible with the addition of silica gel and active alumina.
All the filters are nitrogen pressure tested to ensure a perfect fit.
FG range filters are epoxy-polyester powder-coated to ensure perfect resistance to corrosion in saline chamber for 350 hours.
GAR FG range filters comply with the Directive 97/23/CE (PED) regarding pressurised containers.
The filter body is 100% stainless steel.
The flare connection unions are in copper steel while the unions to be welded are 100% copper.
The solid core is made of 100% molecular mesh.

The oil separators have to be installed in a vertical position.
If the condenser is installed in a higher position compared to the oil separator, then it is advisable to insert a check valve to avoid the coolant returning into the separator.
It is necessary that when filling up with the oil as specified on the table, it is inserted through the exit pipe fitting.
The body of the separator must be kept cold during the soldering of the in and out connections.
The diameter of the separator must not be smaller than the diameter of the delivery compressor. In order to avoid excessive disturbance and noise, we advise avoiding excessive speed or the use of gas coolants through the separator, the advised speed is 0.4 - 0.6 m/s.
In order to control the correct working of the separator we advise that you position an indicator of the passing of liquid on the return line of the oil to the compressor. Mod. SPL.
Our oil separators comply with E.C. Directive 97/23/CE (PED).

GAR sight glasses are constructed from a single pressed brass block with riveted window to make it completely watertight.
SPU models are fitted with a colour toner that is very sensitive to humidity, acid resistant and compatible with all refrigerant fluids.
These features ensure strict, immediate control of the degree of humidity and the fluidity of the refrigerant fluid as a result of the variation in the colour of the paper (yellow = wet / green = dry).
The SPL model can be used as a gauge of the passage of liquid and oil, and no colour toner means a wider area can be seen through the window.
The ORS model has been designed to be fitted in the automotive field. A teflon gasket is suggested.
The sight glasses are available in the FLARE version or with outlet pipes to be welded.
