BITZER is continuing to enhance its well-known ECOSTAR condensing units with capacity-controlled ECOLINE VARISPEED compressors. There are three model versions of the LHV5E and ten instead of the previous six of the LHV7E. Both series have an improved mini-channel condenser, which means they require less refrigerant charge, while at the same time being more efficient than the previous series.
The new series meets the efficiency requirements of the EU Ecodesign Directive 2015/1095 that came into effect in July 2016. The new ECOSTAR condensing units also feature particularly energy-efficient EC fans, quieter operation, robust weatherproof housing and individually customisable regulators with Bluetooth and a Web server.
The output of the fans and the internal ECOLINE VARISPEED compressor are seamlessly adjusted based on the system conditions, enabling energy-optimised operation with low switch cycles. The new condensing units also boast reliable mileage and low maintenance. Devices can be quickly installed on-site thanks to the control electronics already being wired in the factory, making them immediately ready-to-operate.
The large capacity range and built-in adjustable control open up diverse fields of application for refrigeration systems. Thanks to BEST and BITZER software, it is easier than ever and of significant benefit to operate and monitor the system, log data and remotely access the regulator.
