Significant savings in refrigeration motor fuel
STORR BV, in Apeldoorn (Netherlands) developed and engineered a new concept for Daily Combined Cool/Freeze Distribution of Food.
One of the premises was to save as much cooling engine fuel (thus saving money and to reducing CO2 emission) as possible.
THE RESULT :
SAVING COOLING FUEL
The screens pivot both forward and backward (like saloon doors!).
They immediately auto close after passage.
This provides a significant saving in cooling motor fuel.
The auto close mechanism also significantly reduces the inlet of humid air into the cooling/freezing segment.
SPRING SYSTEM ALLOWS MULTI OPENING
The built-in spring system also allows door positioning against the trailer side walls, in forward or backward direction.
MULTI STOW IN NO TIME
The Food-Distri WALL offers more multiple options: Roof storage or side wall storage.
Roof storage takes only ±18 cm of trailer height.
Sidewall storage is available in 2 ways: completely or partly (80 cm height).
The stowing job can be done easily and fast, due to the relatively low wall weight, sophisticated folding system and... Velcro!
EQUIPPED WITH A PULL & GO LOCK (automatic lock)
The Food-Distri Wall unit consists of a glass fiber reinforced plastic carriage frame, 75 x 250cm, at which are hanging two insulating doors. The total weight is only 50 kg. (Excluding rail 1.6 kg / m).
