Established in 1977, Dena Line Spa is leader in the European market concerning the production of liquid receivers and valves for fridge compressors, air conditioning and cooling plants operating on Freon, ammonia and carbon dioxide.
Operating today in an 8500m2 facility, Dena Line has dedicated its resources to technological innovation and quality for over 30 years, developing customized products of high performance and lengthy life cycles. Infact the Company has recently extended its range with a series of extremely interesting products suitable for CO2 (both subcritical and transcritical), ammonia and hydrocarbons, using special materials that withstand up to PS 200 bar and TS -40 / +130 °C namely:
-Oil separators with oil reserve for compressor displacement up to 700m3/h (patent pending)
-Water cooled horizontal condensers
-Ball valves with copper ODS
-Steel and cast iron valves
-Changeover valves (three-way valves)
-Valves with copper ODS
-Conical sight glasses with moisture indicator suitable for electronic sensors
-Liquid and moisture indicators with copper ODS
-Filter driers with molecular sieve
-Filters with solid exchangeable cartridge available in packages of 1 to 4
Some have been developed within the factory and are therefore patent protected, such as: reversible filter-driers with molecular sieves designed for low pressure drop and especially useful with heat pump units, sight glasses and moisture indicators also soldered directly onto receivers and valves.
Dena Line always invests in technology introducing in less than 2 years new welding machines and new helium testing systems, full automatic galvanisation plant guaranteeing the protection of the products against corrosion till 1000 hours in salt spray, transfer machines, power coating plant automated by means of reciprocators, automatic computerized store and total integration of finite capacity production management.
With regard to safety in workplace, the Company has eliminated and replaced all hazard-prone operations and element or what could to some extent be health threatening: in particular in electro-plating new technological systems have been adopted for surface treatments and this has allowed to eliminate hazardous health threatening substances such as cyanides and chromium-6.
In cooperation with highly qualified institues, Dena Line conducts chemical and mechanical analyses on its components: controlled-atmosphere corrosion testing according to standard ASTM B 117, simulations of internal stress on the bodies of valves and liquid and moisture indicators, dye penetrant weld inspections, macrographic and micrographic examinations, destructive testing, tensile strength tests, etc.
All Dena Line production is certified for quality according to the directive DIN EN ISO 9001-2000, and manufactures according to the European directive 2014/68/UE, UL regulations and has been achieved the certificate of conformity according to Technical Regulations TR EAC.
