The Adsorption Chiller Aggregates consists of a rather compact and simple configuration without any moving parts and related wear and tear. As a result, expenditures for the exchange of expensive parts is being averted long-term.
Furthermore, compared to SorTech's Aggregates, other adsorption chiller systems require more volume to generate cold. At the same time the adsorption chillers consumes less power for its refrigeration process, while providing better CO2 results. In short: Compared to our competitors, the SorTech System can be operated with significantly higher cost-efficiency and considerably less maintenance.
Reliable Dimensioning due to Simple Assembly and Flexible Operation
The compact tower construction is especially space saving, because the aggregates can be mounted without any spacing between them. Alternatively, they can even be stacked on top of each other.
Variable Control Technology Ensures Maximum Energy Efficiency
The control technology and the interface configuration allow for simple data transfer as well as smooth system integration. The aggregates are fitted with an easy to read display, concealing modern control technology and variable operating programs. The operation of the refrigeration aggregates can be optimized by either performance or efficiency level and can also be adjusted to the respective heat source in order to increase the system's overall energy efficiency.
Operation as Heat Pump to Support Heating Needs
SorTech chiller systems can also be operated as a heat pump to benefit your heating requirements. Deployment of the system increases the effectiveness of conventional heating systems by a substantial 50 %, resulting in significant cost savings.
Interconnection - For More Capacity!
Interconnecting several adsorption chiller aggregates will result in a higher cooling capacity of up to 240 kW or a greater heating output of up to 800 kW, respectively.
