UNILAB AHU is the advanced software that satisfies the requirements from Sales and Production Departments, a smart solution for HVAC companies which manufacture or sell Air Handling Units.
The software reduces drastically the time from acquiring the order to its manufacturing. Its user-friendly graphical interface allows a quick selection of units’ measurements, previously uploaded by the client.

PRODUCTION: produces a real drawing in 3D for production department, provides the documentation (DWG, DXF, STL, STEP formats, etc, cut list of tamponages, profiles and panels) necessary to build the units, allowing the exportation from an Excel file to your ERP program.
OUT OF RANGE: allows the creation of units’ offers which are out of the standard range, inserting the coils and unit dimensions, which are defined at that moment.

UNILAB is a software house working since 1987 in the programming of calculation software and engineering consulting in the heat exchange, air conditioning and refrigeration field.
For more than 25 years UNILAB has been placing at disposal its technical, scientific and informatics knowledge reached in the programming of high quality software.
At present UNILAB is made of a team of 10 people, which includes all the professional figures in order to grant a technical and commercial high competence: the programmers team, the customercare staff, the sales department and the administration office.
A particular attention to the national/international market evolution and to the clients’ needs has allowed UNILAB to grow in the programming of standard and customized high quality software. UNILAB has a technical background that allows to offer software “turnkey” and engineering consulting. UNILAB furthermore organizes training courses concerning its own software or about technical-scientific subjects on demand.
