RecData TJ/V ia a PC software to manage the vacuum station of cooling units.
The acquired curves are compared with a group of reference values (minimum & maximum).
The test will have a positive result in case the acquired curves values will be between the maximum and the minimum values previously set.
The test may last from min. 1 sec up to max. 9 hours. The minimum sampling time is 1 sec. RecData TJ/V is able to manage up to 4 test lines, for a total of 512 stations. Each line may be composed of a maximum of 128 stations. In the configuration screen of the lines you have to enter the number of test lines and thenumbero fo stations for each line. It is possible to select the followign reference curves: complete curves, parts of a curve or single control points. All the performed tests are stored in a SQL database.
The main tests are: evacuation acquisition and chek of vacuum level, vacuum rise test acquisition and check of vacuum level.
RecData TJ/V comes with a complete integration with the GEDA system for data acquisition and statistics, as well as external supervision of the line.
